Profitix provides a Point of Sale (POS) system 100% FREE. We do not charge monthly fees, subscriptions, or hidden deductions. However, because this service is provided for free, the user agrees to use this service on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.

Limitation of Liability CRITICAL / MUHIMU SANA

Legally, Profitix, its founders, or affiliates WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR PAY COMPENSATION for any business loss resulting from the use of this system. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data/stock, financial losses due to bugs or downtime, hacking, or legal non-compliance. You are 100% responsible for your business. Our maximum liability is zero (0).

By using Profitix, you agree to: use the system only for legal activities; take full responsibility for securing your password and managing your staff; and refrain from using bots or abusing our server resources (Fair Use Policy).

Data Security & Ownership
English:
Your business data belongs 100% to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use modern technologies to protect your data, but because no system is 100% secure from hackers, you use this service understanding that risk.

Right to Terminate
English:
Because this is a free service with significant server costs, Profitix reserves the right to suspend or delete any account without prior notice if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive for more than 6 months, or if your usage abuses server resources.
